Meet the Clinician

I think it is only fair that I share a little about myself as you consider trusting me as your compassionate listener, therapist and coach. I have 18 years of experience helping folks gain an understanding of their life experiences and guiding them to a more peaceful life trajectory. I'm skilled at providing direct one-on-one psychotherapy, case management, group therapy and coaching.

My skills have also positioned me to supervise non-licensed mental health clinicians as they develop greater clinical skills. In the year of 2006, I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Family Relationships/Human Development. Later on, I decided to pursue a Master's Degree in Social Work in which I obtained my MSW in 2017.
